Returns Policy

You have the right to change your mind & return an item for a refund within 30 days of purchase, please note that items must be in their original packaging, unopened & unused, if this is not the case a return will not be accepted. Original postal costs if applicable will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to make sure returns are packaged so no damage to the product & its packaging can occur in transport & we highly recommend using a tracked & insured delivery method as Macabre Gifts will not cover returns missing or damaged.
 
Please contact us via email at info@macabregifts.co.uk before you start a return, at this point we will forward a return address either to our warehouse or head office.
 
Damaged, faulty or missing goods should be reported to Macabre Gifts within 10 working days of the delivery being received. To report these please email us at info@macabrgifts.co.uk with photographs of the damages or faults.
 
All breakages, damages and faulty goods must be reported via email within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Where the correct stock is available, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent where this is not possible, we will process a refund for that sale to the customer.

  • Breakages valued £50 and over must be returned to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods (unless otherwise agreed prior with Macabre Gifts), we therefore recommend postal insurance is taken to cover the value of goods in transit.

  • Breakages under £50 need not be returned and can be disposed of once the refund or replacement has been processed, DO NOT assume this will happen until a replacement or refund has been fully processed.
